WHAT WE DO

For many Rural and Remote Australians, hope is scarce, depression is a part of everyday life and suicide is not uncommon. Since the early 1990’s Care Outreach has expanded to the extent that today there are volunteer teams undertaking year round visits, giving hands-on assistance and facilitating Community Events.

ONGOING SUPPORT APPEAL

Care Outreach offers a helping hand to Queensland & NSW farmers who are suffering from the effects of severe drought. As the drought continues farmers continue to struggle financially with the increased costs of ensuring water and feed is available to keep their stock alive.

Family
Queensland

To all the dear folk at Care Outreach who work so very hard to take great care of the needs of we in the bush, you bless us in so many ways. Not just the necessities but countless goodies that we would not have otherwise. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for those who bear the distance, the heat, dust and rough roads, the multitude of those who pray, and to those generous souls who contribute.

Rural Family
Queensland

I want to thank you all very much for the very lovely package of goodies we had delivered. Someone has gone to much trouble to make a very lovely patchwork knee rug, this I know take much time. Also loved the covered coathanger and skincare products. Care Outreach have been constant through all the dry seasons. Under duress, you fellows are a bright light. Many, many thanks again for your continuing thoughtfulness.

Your supporters, volunteers and the “team awesome” have given us hope once more. Your visits and smiles bring a message of hope and love. To be told we are not forgotten brings life and strength to our family. Care Outreach has supported our isolated family for many years and with your visits and gifts, our lives have certainly been touched by your love. We have the motivation to continue to fight the drought knowing we have your support. The gifts given are filled with thought, time and love and we cannot say thank you enough.
